Ingredients
8 oz smoked salmon
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 cucumber
1 slice of lavash bread
Instructions
1. Spread 2 Tbsp. of herbed cream cheese ( or mashed avocado) over piece of lavash bread
2. Place cucumber slices, spinach & 2 oz of smoke salmon
3. Roll up, cut in half & enjoy
