My roots started in the Midwest, I grew up in a small town in NE Nebraska spending rny first 24 years around that area. Looking to branch out, I went on to experience life in Nevada and Colorado for a few years, before ultimately landing myself out in Roseville, California. I have planted my new roots here for the past 3 years with my now 4 year old son and 2 cats, and so far still loving it! 

My education took place at the University of South Dakota, where my passion for health and fitness led me to graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. I went on to obtain a certification through ACE as a Personal Trainer and have about 4 years of experience in the field working with a wide range of clients, training programs, and goals.
